Being skinny has been a popular trend for decades, however, I still believe that being too skinny does great harm to health, especially when you lack enough nutrition. So in my blog, there is hardly posts concerning how to lose weight in a short period of time.
According to scientific research, it is normal to lose weight gradually in a month. After doing exercise, your weight won’t go directly down but go higher for certain days, and do not worry, it is a healthy phenomenon.
